How long does it take to bring a worker to North Macedonia?
Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from signed brief to the worker's first shift, depending on the source country and role. Urgent placements can sometimes be accelerated when documentation is already in hand.
Which countries do you recruit from?
We work with vetted partner agencies across South & Southeast Asia (Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines), Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Egypt) and the Middle East — twelve source countries in total.
Who handles the work permit and visa?
We do — end to end. That includes the work-permit application with the Employment Service Agency, the D-visa process, medicals, police clearances and the employment contract under North Macedonian labour law.
What about housing and onboarding?
Vardar arranges arrival logistics, accommodation, residence registration and a structured first-week onboarding. Ongoing welfare check-ins continue throughout the contract.
Do you guarantee the placement?
Yes. Every placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee — if a worker leaves or doesn't perform, we replace them at no additional service fee. Full terms are in the employer agreement.
