Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Vardar Recruitment for services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Vardar Recruitment provides licensed recruitment services connecting employers in North Macedonia with foreign workers, including sourcing, vetting, work-permit handling and mobilisation.

2. Engagement

Service terms for individual placements are set out in the employer agreement signed before each engagement. The agreement governs fees, replacement guarantees and obligations of each party.

3. Fees

All fees are transparent and disclosed in writing before any work begins. We do not charge candidates any recruitment or placement fees, in line with IOM/ILO ethical recruitment principles.

4. Compliance

All placements are made under North Macedonian labour and immigration law. We require employers to provide working conditions consistent with statutory requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The Vardar Recruitment name, logo and website content are property of Vardar Recruitment. No part of this site may be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Gostivar.
